My question is this: how do they figure that the dogs picked up here 1 week ago contribute to the tick problem in Mexicali??? The pound in Mexicali is at the southern most point of the outskirts of the city! The last round up was done in San Felipe were in neighborhoods wherein dogs were taken from right in front of their homes. <br /><br />I wouldn't run to the bank believing they practiced humane euthanasia, particularly after they offered the dogs back to us for a modest 2,000.00USD just slighty inflated from the last ransom we paid 3 weeks ago.
